Your web site should be entertaining and readable, not to mention attractive enough to look at. Your web site should be figured out by the users in at least 4 seconds, if not, well, that's a big problem and a failure. And your web site should be easily navigated and accessible, this is one thing that even I notice in some web sites. You click on it and the next thing you know, you're reading something about a topic that you don't even want to know about! Now, if your web site gets bad comments a lot, then, it's time that you check the "what your web site should be" or else... It's not going to be a good one.
