Converter and Cookie Information

I think they just bunched up a crapload of functions without thinking of how web designers and developers could figure out how to functionally use such features. The Firefox Web Development Toolbar has a goddamn POST to GET converter that even a highly skilled programmer wouldn't know how to functionally use! Plus, it has this cookie information feature which I think shouldn't be as complicated as to what this shit has! Now, how in hell would you want web designers and developers to even functionally use such features if they're too damn complicated for them!
