Not Quite Accessible Accessibility Toolbox

I just don't know why a lot of people prefer good visual techniques applied on the pages of the internet sites they view on their internet surfing ventures over textual content. Isn't the world wide web supposed to be a pool of information we could all benefit from? If I wanted a good visual treat, I'd end up playing a good 3D Xbox game instead of wasting my time browsing through cyberspace!! This is because the accessibility of those damn internet sites have been a long standing issue, and still, these dimwits think visually appealing sites count more than textual information on the pages of those internet sites.
